4月27至30日，2024年“百万人才兴重庆”——清华“高校应聘行”重庆支队专场活动举行，共邀请16名清华大学优秀博士来渝实地考察、参观交流，通过搭建人才和用人单位沟通交流平台，努力让重庆成为高校毕业生等优秀青年在西部地区就业创业的首选之城。

活动期间，博士们先后赴重庆邮电大学、重庆交通大学、重庆理工大学、西南大学、西部科学城等实地考察。“我此前通过科研、交流、旅游来过重庆多次，对重庆厚重的历史人文印象深刻，重庆作为国家西部大开发的战略支点，未来有着广阔的发展前景。”来自清华大学新闻学院的周长岭博士表示，从此次交流考察中感受到重庆市对人才工作的重视，周到的服务和契合的沟通，让其感受到这是干事创业的沃土。

来自清华大学建筑学院的孟博士主攻园林康养和园艺疗法，她表示，重庆作为山水之城，绿地覆盖率和生态环境优势明显，山地人居环境处于全国领先，园林康养与园艺疗法在重庆有着广阔发展空间，她想通过引进最新理念，探寻自然环境的康养功效。本次来渝考察多所高校，充分了解各校优势与资源，未来将依托高校科研背景，将专业发展逐步走深走实。

为吸引优秀人才留渝发展，本次活动承办高校也抛出了极具吸引力的人才政策与福利待遇。

重庆理工大学为优秀博士人才提供安家费、人才补贴，更是提供高薪待遇及科研经费。其中，顶尖人才年薪不低于200万元，领军人才年薪不低于65万元，杰出人才不低于30万元，更是为青年学者支持科研经费高达145-165万元。

重庆邮电大学设置文峰国脉学者（Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ）岗、文峰传邮学者岗和教学科研岗三类岗位，除了提供科研经费、安家补助费、人才补贴外，还为优秀博士应届生在住房、子女教育方面提供便利，解决人才后顾之忧。

经过3天的交流对接，共有8名博士与高校达成了初步任职意向。后续，重庆还将组织相关高校进一步加大目标人才对接洽谈力度，深入、细致、真诚地做好后续服务，确保更多人才引进落地落实。

重庆市人力社保局负责人介绍，未来，重庆还将聚焦全市重点产业、重点行业需求，围绕“百万人才兴重庆”引才品牌，开展“全国重点高校巡回引才”“博士渝行周”“医药卫生人才交流会”等专场活动，继续深入联动用人单位与博士人才参与，邀请更多紧缺人才、高端人才来渝探访，壮大重庆人才储备。

Dr. Meng from the School of Architecture at Tsinghua University specializes in landscape health and horticultural therapy. She stated that Chongqing, as a city of mountains and rivers, has obvious advantages in green space coverage and ecological environment. The mountainous living environment is at the forefront of the country, and there is broad development space for landscape health and horticultural therapy in Chongqing. She wants to explore the health benefits of the natural environment by introducing the latest concepts. I will visit multiple universities in Chongqing this time to fully understand their advantages and resources. In the future, I will rely on the research background of universities to gradually deepen and solidify my professional development.

In order to attract outstanding talents to stay in Chongqing for development, the host university of this event has also offered highly attractive talent policies and welfare benefits.

Chongqing University of Technology provides resettlement fees and talent subsidies for outstanding doctoral talents, as well as high salary benefits and research funding. Among them, the annual salary of top talents is not less than 2 million yuan, the annual salary of leading talents is not less than 650000 yuan, the annual salary of outstanding talents is not less than 300000 yuan, and the research funding for young scholars is as high as 1.45-16.5 million yuan.

Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications has established three types of positions: Wenfeng Guomai Scholar (I, II, III), Wenfeng Communication Scholar, and Teaching and Research Post.
